Unhandled Exceptions

NEXUS IC handles most issues within the application and provides clear messages that describe the problem and how to proceed. In some cases, however, an unexpected error may occur that the system cannot manage. When this happens, NEXUS displays an Unhandled Exception dialog and automatically attempts to send a crash log to our bug tracking server.

When the Unhandled Exception dialog appears, you will be asked to enter a brief description of the actions you took immediately before the error occurred. This information is important and assists our development team in diagnosing and resolving the issue.

The crash report does not contain any personally identifying information and cannot be linked to individual users.

Note

After an unhandled exception, restart your NEXUS instance as soon as possible. Continuing to work in the same session may result in additional errors that are not related to the original issue.
