Log In to NEXUS Support Portal
Once you have an account in NEXUS Support (see Creating User Account for NEXUS Support), you can log in to the NEXUS Support Portal as follows:
Open your web browser and navigate to https://support.nexusic.com/.
In the Login field, enter your email address. This must correspond to the email address you used to create your account or submit an issue, for example,
test.user@company.com
.In the Password field, enter your password.
Note
An initial password was sent to your email address when your account was activated. If you can’t find this email, click Lost password to have a new password sent to your email address.
If you want your credentials to be remembered for future logins, select Stay logged in.
Click Login.
