Add/Edit Library Connection Dialog

The Add/Edit Library Connection dialog allows you to define or update how a library item is linked to another record. The fields in the dialog are described below.

Field/Checkbox Name

Description

Library

Shows the library item for which the connection is being created or edited. To select a different library item, click the ellipsis ellipsis and choose another record.

Connect To:

Specifies the type of record that the library item is linked to. Select the required type from the drop-down list.

[Record Type]

The label of this field changes based on your selection in Connect To. For example, if you choose Event, the field will be labelled Event. Click the ellipsis ellipsis to select the appropriate record.

Task

Allows you to associate a workpack task with the connection. Click the ellipsis ellipsis to select the required task.
