Features

Once you have been migrated to SaaS using SSO (see Migration to SSO), you’ll have direct access to NEXUS applications through a single link using your company user account. For more information, see SaaS Login.

Tip

Some browsers have power-saving settings that may cause NEXUS to disconnect when left open in the background. You can resolve this issue by adjusting your browser settings to ensure tabs remain active.

For example:

  • Microsoft Edge:

    1. Go to the browser’s settings (Settings under the three dots in the top right corner).

    2. Navigate to System and performance ‣ Optimise Performance ‣ Never put these sites to sleep.

    3. Click Add and enter the site https://app.nexusic.com.

  • Google Chrome:

    1. Go to the browser’s settings (Settings under the three dots in the top right corner).

    2. Navigate to Performance ‣ General ‣ Always keep these sites active.

    3. Click Add and enter the site https://app.nexusic.com.

Note: Modifying these settings may result in increased power consumption and could prevent screensaver activation.
