Export¶
The Export toolbar option is common to many screens in NEXUS IC. The Export toolbar option provides the user the option to export the contents of the active grid to Excel, Text or CSV.
The Export toolbar button allows the user to choose what format to export the contents of the active grid to.
After choosing a format, you have the option to export the contents of the active grid to a file, in which can you will need to navigate to a windows folder location from the Save As dialog and click on Save, or embed into an email, in which the file will be emailed to the email address of the currently logged in user.
Note
The “Export” button available on grids is different from ASSETS Custom Export and INSPECTION . These buttons launch the Export wizard which allows you to select assets and data types for export.
