NEXUS IC, IC-Web & IC-Inspector SaaS logins¶

If your NEXUS IC instance is hosted by Wood, the following guides to logins apply.

If your NEXUS IC instance is not hosted by Wood, parts of the guides may still be applicable.

NEXUS IC Remote App login¶

For APAC navigate to https://remote-ae.nexusic.com For UK navigate to https://remote-uks.nexusic.com For US navigate to https://remote-scus.nexusic.com	Note The “old” APAC URLs https://remote-au.nexusic.com and https://remote-sea.nexusic.com will be auto-redirected. The “old” UK URLs https://remote-uk.nexusic.com and https://remote-uk2.nexusic.com will be auto-redirected. The “old” US URLs https://remote-us.nexusic.com and https://remote-us2.nexusic.com will be auto-redirected.
For first time logins, enter User name only and the temporary password provided to you by the NEXUS support team:
For returning users, skip straight to step 7.
Click on the hyperlink to change your temporary password:
In the Change Password screen, enter nexusic\username, the temporary password, then your new password (twice to confirm). Click Submit.
Password rules can be seen here. In summary, your new password should contain at least three of: uppercase, lowercase, digits, non-alphanumeric (~!@#$%^&*_-+=`\|(){}[]:;”’<>,.?/), and alphabetic characters that are not uppercase or lowercase.
If you have successfully changed your password, then you should click on the OK button.
You will then be taken back to the login screen, which is where you will be directed to next time you login.
In the RD Web Access login, enter your User name only:
Click on the RemoteApp icon:
In the popup authentication dialog, ensure that you use the nexusic\username:

Download the Microsoft Remote Desktop app from the App Store.
Launch the app.
At the bottom right, tap +.
Choose Workspace.
Enter the appropriate URL as from step 1 above; i.e. for APAC, enter https://remote-ae.nexusic.com.
Tap Next.
Enter nexusic\username, and your password.

Enter the IC-Web URL.
Enter username as username@nexusic.com and your password.

Enter the Server name as normal.
Enter username as username@nexusic.com and your password.
