Preamble on setting up NEXUS IC including recommended security good practice

1. Ensure that the minimum Hardware and Software Pre-Requisites are installed and available
2. Create required Active Directory Groups & Service Accounts
3. Setup the Backup Folder
4. NEXUS Software Installation
5. Setup permissions on the NEXUS database
6. Setup the NEXUS single sign-on accounts. Refer to Security section for instructions on SSO configuration.
7. Optionally set up a Deployment Configuration File.
