History

With each editable dialog, there is a tabbed page titled History. This shows all changes made against this record.

The left section lists in tabular form, all changes made to this record. The right section displays the name of the user, the form and the values of each field prior to the currently selected change.

Select a change from the list, and you’ll see the values as they were prior to that change. Fields within the form that were changed are marked with a blue highlight.
